Launch day!

I can’t believe it’s finally happened. The Power of the Vanished has gone on sale. It went up a day earlier than scheduled, August 31st, 2026, because I believed Amazon took a few days to process new books. They didn’t. The books went live within two hours of me hitting that “publish” button.

So now it’s out there for the world to read. I’ve had so much support from people, but now it’s time to see if that can be translated into actual success.

The Amazon report takes a while to update, but so far I have ten ebooks ordered on Amazon, and I know there are a lot more still to be processed.

I have about twenty requests for hard copies in Australia and several more to come in the US. Dare I dream that I could get to a hundred sales in my first week or so.

Here we go…

I’ve always loved to write. As a child, creative writing classes were always my favorite. An opportunity to dream and put it all on paper. To make up stories of swashbuckling heroes, dastardly villains, treasure to be found, magic to be discovered, monsters to be unleashed.

I always dreamed that one day I’d put something out there for the world to enjoy, and finally the time is coming. In October 2026, my debut novel The Power of the Vanished will be available online, in print-on-demand and maybe, just maybe, in some bookstores as well.

I can’t wait to grow my name as a published author.
